An Effective Chaos-Based Image Encryption Scheme Using Imitating Jigsaw Method

In this paper, an efficient chaos-based image encryption scheme is proposed, which uses the imitating jigsaw method containing revolving and shifting operations. scheme, there are three processes in encryption: preprocessing, process, postprocessing. original partitioned into 64 × pixel blocks then randomly revolved shifted under control sequences generated by hyperchaotic Lorenz system whose initial conditions calculated keys. Therefore, preprocessing sensitive to plain against differential attacks. after-preprocessing 32 blocks; next they encrypted sequence key skew tent map. postprocessing, after-encryption 16 pixels’ blocks, again related with The postprocessing further increases diffusion characteristics. Moreover, test experiment security analyses given; results show that our proposed cryptosystem has both speed performance.
